Aperitifs at Parc des Eaux-Vives – summer 2017

The bar menu, proposed by the Chef Julien Schillaci, has been completed by Thomas Hug’s culinary suggestions, with original tasting ‘mises en bouche’, from international Chefs’ gastronomic creations. In all simplicity, as a complement to the menu of local tapas or to accompany the champagne and cocktails, to enjoy in the relaxed lounge atmosphere of the terrace.

This balance between sophistication and simplicity works as a mantra for artgenève. With its singular concept of salon d’art, artgenève has presented, for 6 consecutive years, international art galleries and complex art projects in a human-size setting, open and pleasant.

To enhance the visitors’ experience, artgenève has previously invited, in 2015, two brilliant young Swedish Chefs to propose a Nordic fine cuisine menu. In April 2016, visitors and art lovers had the opportunity to savor the famous Chef Philippe Joannès’ recipes, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2000, as well as having the privilege of meeting the famous Chef Joel Robuchon at the Hotel Métropole Monaco as part of the VIP programme 2017.
