Prix Mobilière
Prix Mobilière: promoting young Swiss creators.
The Prix Mobilière prize is awarded to a talented young Swiss citizen. The award-winning artist receives a sum of 30,000 francs and one of their artworks is acquired. Priority is given to creators whose works address quintessential issues in society that help us to better understand the times we live in.
The strategy for awarding the prize is based on maintaining highly diversified networks, making it possible to reach completely different groups of stakeholders. Each year, seven big names from the world of art are invited to put forward young artists for the Prix Mobilière. An expert jury then selects the winner from the nominees.
